The Forgotten Muscle Car
Big Body Sleeper Chevys & More
My 1965 BelAir 2 Door Post
This is my 1965 BelAir, my retirement gift to me from me, as I bought it and the work that was done prior to me buying it. It had the 3 requirements I was looking for, a solid frame, body, pans and a 12 bolt posi rear end, the 454 was icing on the cake..It is now going through many changes like the goofy looking hood scoop, engine, transmission, brakes, suspension and interior. I have bought many parts from restoration and speed shops, Ebay and junk yards. I have been buying up extra parts for just in case. There will be updated photos later as the car progresses into the stock looking "Sleeper" it yearns to be.

Below is an album of a couple cars I owned back in the day. The 1972 Dodge Demon 340 4 speed I owned in 1977 was a nice car. The 1979 Malibu Wagon I owned in the early 90's was a 331 with a 350 Turbo built by the same person that is building my engine for my Belair. It was the last "sleeper" that I owned or could afford, kids ya know.. This album will also contain the updated pictures of my 65 Belair as I get work done.

This site is dedicated to the memory of my big brother. He lived everyday to the fullest and was loved and will be missed by many. He was the one responsible for my passion for the Big Body Chevy "Sleeper".

Below a photo album of a couple of the many cars he owned over the years. One of his favorites was a 1967 Impala convertible, factory 396 325 horse, 4 speed and a front bench seat. The 1966 9 Passenger Belair Wagon was a  R/SA, 292 cubic inch motor with a power glide we use to race. It later became a street "sleeper" with a 396..
